A robust quality system forms the core of all of the business operations within Pritex.
Pritex Quality Policy
Since July 2018 Pritex has been certified to the IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality standard. This globally recognised quality standard allows Pritex to supply technically innovative acoustic control solutions around the world to many of the major automotive OEMs.
Pritex is also certified to ISO 9001:2015 – a quality system certification standard that is more relevant to our non-automotive customers.
Environmental management and product development supporting environmental initiatives for recyclability are a key part of our business strategy and Pritex is proud to be certified to the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems standard.
Pritex Quality Statement
The Pritex quality system is structured and implemented to comply with the requirements of IATF 16949:2016. It therefore incorporates all of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Pritex has access to on site Laboratory facilities, covered by their own Laboratory scope, with equipment capable of testing all aspects of foam physical properties and other material tests. Any testing not capable of being performed on site is sent to an accredited test house.
The quality manual outlines the systematic approach applied by Pritex Ltd. from inception to completion of a Customer’s order, to ensure the correct consistent quality of its products. It also takes into account any specific customer quality requirements.
The manual is supplemented by Quality Control Procedures, Works Procedures, Quality Control Test Methods, Calibration and Maintenance Procedures, which detail the exact method of implementation of systems and procedures outlined in the manual.
Pritex Certificates
IATF 16949:2016
Pritex is certified as complying with the IATF 16949:2016 global automotive quality standard in July 2018.
ISO 9001:2015
Pritex is certified to ISO 9001:2015 a quality system certification standard that is more relevant to our non-automotive customers.
ISO 14001:2015
Pritex was first awarded certification to the environmental management systems standard in November 2003. It is currently certified to ISO14001:2015
