Pritex has been an established manufacturer in the Automotive supply chain since 1984, and currently sells into most the major OEMs in the European area, on either a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply basis.

A substantial part of Pritex’s technical production is exported world-wide, supporting our OEM clients in all of their manufacturing locations.
Depending on the nature and complexity of the finished product, we can also support our client base through dedicated in-house bespoke machinery design and manufacture for more intricate component assembly and finishing operations.
An integral and invaluable part of the product development and validation chain are the Pritex Laboratories, where nearly all elements of acoustical and environmental (life-cycle) validation may be performed.
Our manufacturing sites contain a wide array of vertically integrated processes, meaning that a very substantial range of component complexity and production volumes may be accommodated.

Undertrays
Specifically designed to meet environmental legislation for the control of exterior noise. Totally seated acoustic liners give a high level of protection against fluid contamination.

Engine-side dash
Finished components tuned to meet customer requirements. Absorption and transmission loss acoustic qualities can be adapted for diesel and petrol configurations. Porous or filly sealed variants available.

Chassis acoustic blocker
Foam shapes of complex geometry can be developed to provide a particular acoustic function, with an engineered design to accommodate build tolerances and through air-flow where required.

Headliner absorption
Lightweight, soft and physically compliant acoustic media are important for automotive headliner absorption. Class leading AcuLite polyester fibre based products offer a wide range of best in class performances.

Interior trim absorption
A wide range of products are available. From acoustic and sealing foams, to a wide range of synthetic felts and AcuLite, Pritex is able to engineer an integrated acoustic solution.

Wheel arch liners
A range of sealed or porous acoustic media are available. From 100% polyolefin sealed AcuZorb, systems to water repellent AcuLite porous media there is a wide range of products which can be tailored to a particular problem.

On-engine acoustic treatments
A wide range of finished components are available, including engine cover liners, injector noise treatments, intake absorption, fuel pump encapsulation linings and cam cover linings.
